In 2023, organisations face challenges: a competitive talent landscape, an exhausted workforce, and pressure to control costs. Workplace norms have changed in ways we could never have predicted, and trying to keep up with workplace trends can be difficult.
A survey commissioned by COS, of over 1,000 Australian office workers found that the average Australian is spending $450 on their at-home work setup and many are now calling on their employers to not only compensate their WFH setup, but also expect it to be ergonomic and have everyday items and office supplies provided too (61%).
