A new study commissioned by COS, Australian-owned and operated company offering product supply solutions for the workplace, surveyed over 1,000 Australian workers and they indicated the main reasons why a diversity policy was important to them. 33% agreed that inclusion of everyone is important to them, 28% valued diversity in every part of their life, 17% would feel proud to work for a company and 17% also feel that diversity makes companies more successful.
“Diversity is clearly becoming more and more important,” COS co-CEO Amie Lyone told HRD Australia.
