The beginning of a new school year, or World Teachers’ Day present an excellent opportunity for students and parents to express their gratitude towards teachers for all of their efforts and hard work throughout the school year. If you’re looking for a creative way to say a heartfelt ‘thank you’, this flower bouquet worksheet craft idea is the perfect resource.
This paper craft is easy for children to make at home or in the classroom, and it encourages them to cut, fold, stick, and trace on their own.
Instructions:
1. Make the stems for your flowers first. Fold the template’s first page in half along the dotted line (with the coloured side of the paper on the outside). Cut slits along the solid lines, leaving an uncut space around the edge.
2. Roll the stems to form a tube and secure it with tape or PVA glue. After that, gently pull out each stem.
3. Cut out the flowers on the template and glue them to the ends of the stems.
4. Your hand-crafted Flower Bouquet is now ready!
